Racial segregation ************** and unfair treatment

My mother upgraded her phone at Mtn maponya mall, she wanted a Samsung but a staff member who was assisting her on the 5th of January 2023 convinced her to take a huawei phone , they took advantage of her because she’s a black old woman aged 70 and because she thought it was a good deal, she is paying for something that she doesn’t like at all and I demand that the manager and CEO take back the phone and give her what she prefer, if they refuse then will cancel the damn contract, I don’t take kind to ************** and unfair treatment because of the color of my skin, I expect an answer by tomorrow because 1st the staff is rude and unprofessional and yet they get salary because of customers but they have no regard they sold her a phone which is not selling and she has to pay for such garbage, I’m expecting a prompt resolution and I don’t want to be told about rules because she went there knowing what she wants but they took advantage of her lack of technology knowledge, I want the manager to take back the phone and deal with the staff
