R960.00 over my account when I have a DATA bundle!

I am not happy.<br> I have apparently used over R700.00 in out of bundle DATA, but I have over 200MB. I kept using because every time I press *141# it shows that I have DATA. Why then have I reached my maximum out of bundle limit? now I can't connect to the internet at all, not even through Afrihost.<br> <br> I call 808 and most of the time when pressing \0\" to speak to a consultant as they answer my line the call dies. seems like they're picking up and immediately putting down.<br> <br> When they do answer they refuse to help me because this account is in my wife's name. TWICE WE HAVE SUBMITTED THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION TO GIVE MYSELF ACCESS TO THIS ACCOUNT AND TWICE WE HAVE BEEN TOLD IT IS PROCESSED.<br> <br> The FNB account that pays for your services is in my name.<br> I will not pay you another cent if this issue is not resolved. I will not accept having to pay for it and then a credit being passed afterwards. It is not acceptable service.<br> I NEVER NEVER NEVER had such problems from Nashua Mobile.<br> <br> Otherwise, you can have the handset back if you like and we'll call it even. I will go somewhere else. The handset is in almost \"mint-condition\". I'll even give you the protective cover I bought for it."
