R772 for what
I have never seen such a useless supplier like MTN in this world.All they can do is to do what they think is right for them.Now double debit order for what?After all I terminated another contract it is still being charged.<br> <br> Guys lets look out for better service somewhere.I am tired of this.I want *** made pay as you go today.I want explanation of why you took R889 on the 25th and R772 on the 30th.<br> <br> Have you guys studied what you are doing?I doubt that so much.<br> A***<br> <br> I am tired of MTN.I dont wanna deal with MTN anymore.

The R772.99 is the total balance for all your invoices dated 2015-12-20, that amount we were going to debit in January but there was a request for a manual debit order that was submitted on 2015-12-22 meaning that we will only debit your account in February for the invoices that will be dated 2016-01-20. We have requested for your number to be migrated to prepaid.
We understand that the entire experience must be very frustrating and hope that we can restore your faith in us.
