R6000 on a capped 20GB data account - and no help

*** [#***3
I had 2 data contracts that we uncapped for -R300 per month each - but super slow. I went instore and was suggested to change 1 to a 20GB capped LTE account, for -R1000 per month, and then when capped - to switch to my other R300 slower uncapped account.
I agreed - Month one - bill was correct and worked well
Month 2 - suddenly have R2500 bill
Month 3 - R6700

I went into store - first couldn't be helped - no reference number because of strike
I went to the store 2 weeks later - received a reference - said they could see it was soft capped - but then uncapped for some reason and would feedback on credit, but slow due to strike
6 weeks later - no feedback - so I emailed customer care - requesting credit procedure and contract cancellation procedure.
2 weeks later now - and no contract cancellation quote - no process for credit - basically NOTHING - I honored my side by insuring the R6700 would be available after my second trip to the store - I should have issued a stop order then and there but didn't because I was told that MTN would resolve it and I didn't want to risk my credit rating ... and now what? Where is my money/help/service - nothing.
