R55 airtime for 17 months from MTN

Hi, I was signed into a contact with MTN lady year 2022 in May. The contract was for R55 airtime, I only received the airtime once in May 2022. Until today I gave not received any airtime and I have been making payments for 17 months, I have cancelled the contract, but I need my airtime that I have been paying for 17 months, please help me get my R55 airtime for 17 months from MTN.
