R500 airtime disappeared last night
Last night I ran out of airtime (balance was more than R500). On investigation I have determined that all the YouTube streaming I did last night came off my airtime balance and not my Data balance of 250meg. Calls to 808 this morning have been futile with the system disconnecting you after being on hold between 4 and 20 mins.

Our records indicate that the bundle that you had was a Night Express Bundle which is only valid between 12 midnight until 6 'o clock in the morning.Any Internet session outside of these times will be charged from your rand value airtime.
