R42,000 Account Balance!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Yesterday I received 2 sms's from MTN. One stating my Rand bundle had been depleted and the second stating my account was over my credit limit and had been suspended. I contacted the call centre after the 1st SMS and figured out that their system showed calls from my phone that I hadn't made. PSD calls. I logged a query and received reference SMC ********** 9176. I called again after the 2nd SMS and was told that there was a fault on their side and that they would fix my account before the end of the day. Reference ********** 68</p> <p>I checked my balance last night and it showed R42,557.73 as my current unbilled balance. Further investigation showed PSD calls of R36,885.04!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>The call centre says there is a technical issue and they are working on it, but have no idea when it will be fixed.</p>
