R4125 bill after contract was stopped over two years ago.
I’ve cancelled my ipad contract on 27 November 2015 at MTN Cradlestone and now received an account for R4125 for this device. After suspending my cellphone because it’s on one account, MTN Key West managed to unblock my phone, but still dis not resolve the issue of the cancelled contract. This is unacceptable. For two years they billed me and now gives me an account for R4125. I am not going to pay that account, I’ve got the proof of the cancelled contract, but I am not receiving any feedback.

20 Jul 2018, 18:49Good day, I received the sms on Saturday 08:48. And the same day, they blocked my phone for the limit of R4125. The number is ********** . I cancelled this contract on 27 November 2015 and they billed me again this month for that number. So the main problem is not only the bill, but also the contract that has never been cancelled.
