R40 disappeared 😡

My contract is not even a month old but I'm already not happy, recharged R40 andit disappeared enquired on Facebook a Xolani told me to wait for two hours why should I wait two hours when I bought airtime to use now please people I'm at work and I do not want to be ****ed off give my airtime back with no stories
