R32600 debit order

Shocking. Had an account for 30 plus years and have several contracts always paid on time by debit order. The other day a random additonal debit or for approx R32600. What thw heck? And several calls and being put on hold for 18 mins yesterday I still don't know why. I have 9 or so contracts with MTN. Poor form.
