R2354.97 MTN me2u transfer unexplained
Hi there,
I took an upgrade for my son on a MTN capped contract in November 2014.
I was now charged R2354.97 MTN me2u transfer and could not get an explanation from the Musgrave store when I called in on 10 April around 5pm.
We finally got through to the call centre from the store who indicated we need to call for the contract document signed.
Point is I specifically asked for a capped contract and was sold a mtnchoice50 and have no knowledge that this me2u transfer exists.
The store helped to limit me2u to R1 and could not tell me why this service was active.

I simply want the transaction reversed an explanation as to how this transfer was possible on the contract, if sold to me why I was not warned. My varsity student son was with me and we would not take on a risk like this....

Who do I turn to as there is no walk in client service in Durban such as the ones for Telekom and vodacom.

Please help, thank you in advance.
Thank you for your post.
Apologies for the delayed response and inconvenience experienced, kindly note that the ME 2U transfers were done form the device to pre-paid numbers, as for the package we will revert the matter to the Musgrave store for more clarity.
Best regards
