R2119 punishment for not canceling my 36 month contract
Hi MTN
Could someone from Complaints respond to my email Reference number: e2cf18c3-0***-beec-ee869fc7ced0 MTN is punishing me for not sending a notice to cancel my 36 month and they now moved me to month to month 100GB that cost R2119. MTN data is still on my phone, they can just deduct their data but nope they want me to R2119 for 100GB Aderlee Veerasamy said the only option I have is to upgrade or pay the R2119 for 100GB. I responded this morning asking for the upgrade as I cant afford to pay R2119 for 100GB, no response until now.
Aderlee Veerasamy said the only option I have is to bind myself with another contract.

Why are you exploiting people? Where must we complain about your service if you don't respond here and your Complaints team is also not responding? I was forced to upgrade my contract if I don't wanna pay the R2119, even that it is exploitation, forcing customers to take contracts or pay for your month to month of R2119 which is not even on your contract or website. I don't wanna to upgrade anymore, I want nothing from MTN except you deducting your data from my phone and pay back my money!!!!
