R200 Airtime depleted from my account in 2 days
I Loaded R200 airtime on the 27th July, by the 29th July I had no airtime left. I made a total of 6 calls in this period (the longest phone call was 58 Seconds) I originally laid a complaint query to refund the airtime as I was told that I was subscribed to \Ratendate"only to find that I never was. I called MTN again on 03/08/2015 I was informed that my query had not been handled as yet and I must call back on 05/08/2015. when I called again today (05/08/2015) I was told that it was normal changes that depleted my airtime. I requested a detailed report on where I used my airtime and the costs. I have not yet received this. <br> <br> this is completely unacceptable. I have problems with my account every month without fail. my next step will be the news papers and all social media sites as I am not getting the help that I needed. """

We sincerely apologise for the delayed response, according to our records your airtime was used mostly on the Internet as you had no data bundle available.
Your Internet connection was charged at R0.99 a megabyte which costs a bit more than it would if you had a data bundle available.
The detailed report can be send to you after the invoice of the 20/08/2015 has finalised, please contact our Call Centre on 808 (Free from an MTN line) or 083 1 808 (Chargeable for a non-MTN line) any time from the 22/08/2015.
