On the 23 January 2019 i sent my Samsung S9 in for repairs and its been 9 weeks later still no phone back. i called to confirm just now for the where abouts of my phone and the lady Gogo said its been dispatch already on the 19th March. i want this sorted out TODAY. other my repaired phone or a new phone.
