R10000 disappeared
they took plus minusR10000 from my account due to an error on their side now are taking their time to give me my money back. i have phoned in 8 times and each time i get put on hold for 10minutes at a time and given a new reference number and a new reason that it hasnt been authorized. i have am widowed and have a disabled child. i cannot afford to just throw away my money on their mistakes! i have waited a month for my reimbur*****t.
