R10 988.86 DEBIT ORDER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

On the 29/02/2016 I received a debit order deduction from MTN for R10 988-86 on my cellphone I immediately contacted the call centre on 808 to find out how this is possible, they said I must contact *** For a more detailed explanation. The call centre said that it was data used on my 2Gig ****al on number *** But that is impossible as that ****al is only inserted into the computer when we want to use it and then removed Afterwards, so I don't believe that I used all that data. The call centre gave me a Reference No ***. The cell No connected to the ****al is ***.<br> I went to the MTN Hemingways Branch and they logged a query for me and today I called them to follow up and they stated that the ****le is open and the amount debited is legit? How can MTN just debit that amount when in all my time with them I have never exceeded R2500? And if it is legit how am i supposed to live for the rest of the month and is there some way I can make arrangements to pay it off. I want the money reversed and the usual amount debited as they said if i reverse the debit order at my bank that they will cut my phones off and I have 3 phones on the same MTN account! HELP PLEASE!!!
