R 2369.80 BOGUS DATA BILL

I received a data bill on a simcard that I possibly use maybe once a month and in total have probably used 300mb data in a year. The bill was for 2823.91 MB @ R 2369.80.<br> <br> I inquired and was sent an email from 808 stating that the charge was valid with an attached excel doc showing a couple dates and usage. <br> <br> I have rep**** multiple times with no response. I have explained that if you look at the excel doc they sent it is based on GPRS. I calculated the GPRS maximum speed and worked out the hours they said I was connected for and in stark contrast, IF i had actually used the data non stop over the hours they mention at FULL speed, I would have only received a bill of about R 600.00. I also sent other complaints I found on FIN24 where other customers have also had the same issue in only the same months which is Aug/Sept 2015.<br> <br>
