QUICK TO TAKE YOU MONEY BUT NEVER WILLING TO HELP

So I've been trying to sort out a ***** case with MTN South Africa for more than a year now. I finally get through to the ***** dept and the lady was trying to be as helpful as she could says she can see all the ***** escalated emails but nothing has been done on their side. I asked but why has nothing happened? Her reply was unfortunately I cannot answer that because I don't know. I then asked well who can help me then?
