Quick to take money not quick to give it back

I have been trying for over six weeks to get MTN to refund money owed to me. I have jump through all their hoops and have received trouble number after trouble number as reference. But still no refund and no sight of refund either.

All I get is excuses, more ridiculous requests and now, no response to my correspondence. MTN is it so hard to refund someone?
