Quick to sell, NO after sales service: Part 2

After handing in my faulty handset on 20 June, and hugely disappointing dealings with the MTN Direct call centre, I turned to Hellopeter on 28 July (10:30 am) after more than 5 weeks of empty promises and downright lies (it seems).

Hellopeter lived up to its reputation as I got MTN's attention. I got a call on Friday afternoon from a call centre supervisor (Louise Green), promising feedback on Monday - NOTHING.
Tuesday 1 Aug I sent MTN a facebook message. On Wednesday Louise finally phoned me, apologising. She explained that their warehouse is under construction, starting the previous week. That was a VERY interesting comment since the agent, Nicolette Naidu used the same excuse more than a MONTH earlier on 27 June. Somebody is lying...

She assured me I'll receive my replacement Sony Xperia XZ by die end of the week, or Monday 7 August at the latest, AND that I'll be kept up to date.
I have not heard from them since. Sent a facebook message yesterday and simply received some documentation that appears as if a handset has been booked out under my name. Stalling tactics once again?
My recommendation - NEVER use MTN Direct...

Thank you for replying, and also for the phone call yesterday. I really hope we can sort it out today. It has been 7½ weeks since sending my phone back!
