Quick to Sell, Deaf on customer support and retentions.

This business is bad for South Africa :

Selling something they are Quick After sales support and retentions - EXTREMELY TERRIBLE!

Retentions department drop calls, don't return calls - I spent over 3 months trying to cancel my data contract. Be careful what you are in for.

My opinion - Vodacom & Telkom Mobile is the best at client support (In my experience)
