Quick to Harras Me but Slow to provide information

<p>I issued a complaint with regards to MTN to the complaints commision. Apparently I'm still being held liable to pay for this account, eventhough MTN is in breach of contract.</p> <p>I require a statement for MTN so that I know exactly where I am at to start making arrangements.<br /> </p> <p>Unfortunately NO-BODY is giving me feedback.....<br /><br /></p> <p>Please can some-one assist me with this statement so that I can sort out this problem once and for all?</p>
