Quick to get contract, almost impossible to end
<p>Been to mtn store, not able to cancel contract in store, must phone call centre.</p> <p>1st time i phoned and 1st 2 consultants helped within 3 minutes. Then they transferred me to cancellations, 25minutes later i was still on hold.</p> <p>Today phoned again, precisely the same story, i only hung up after 20minutes.</p> <p>It looks impossible to cancel a contract at these guys, will never see me again, i had problems 20 years ago, and decided to try again, again very dissapointed!!</p>
