Quick resolution

I received exceptional service from Shereen Kganyago. For plus minus 5 weeks I had no network coverage (all my devices, work and personal are with MTN) so the frustration was real, I eventually ported my cell number because I couldn’t receive or send anything.

I followed up with MTN regarding the issue and got a response in less than a day, and 2 days later, the coverage was sorted.
