Quick, easy and super convenient!

<p>I did an online application for a new contract with MTN. I have never dealt with this network before and I was a bit sceptical about changing provider, but I am so happy that I did.</p> <p>An agent by the name Danielle (sorry if I am spelling the name incorrect) assisted me the following day to get all the necessary details that they needed.</p> <p>That same night, I got an SMS to declare that the application was approved. The next day, I got an SMS to confirm that my device is with the courier and I got a tracking number.</p> <p>This morning, I got an SMS to remind me about the RICA documents that I would need to present at delivery and I already got the device this morning.</p> <p>WOW! I am so thankful for the excellent level of service received througout this whole process - it was really easy to deal with the company and I am looking forward to future dealings with MTN.</p> <p>Really recommending it to all:):)</p>
