Queuing for 2 hours, no direction
I entered Randburg Square MTN shop. Was #1 on the queue with 2 customers already being served by 2 staff members. No sign of a manager or indication from staff members as to how long we will queue for. 1 employee was th biggest noise maker in the store, chatting and giggling whilst serving the customer. Not eve one staff member asked what we're there for. Eventually it was my turn, the lady told me that they don't have the SIM card I was looking for therefore she couldn't help me. After queuing for more than 2 hours. No regard for the long queue. Poor, poor, appalling service from Randburg Square MTN!!! This is the worst form of service I have ever seen such that some customers left without being served. Bad, bad, bad!!!
