QUERY - *** STILL NOT RESOLVED......

I am still awaiting MTN to sort out my query, I have been given reference number - *** but no body has called me back regarding this query.

This is a typical service level agreement failed by MTN, I was advised that I will receive feedback after 24hours and this has not happened.

Please cancel the contract that was processed on *** as this was not agreed upon, my number should be changed back to prepaid.
