Query passed on to Arthur Khambule by Raeleen
* 8 June - Arthur Khambule passed the query on to Billing queries department ref: REQ ***
* 11 June - follow up was sent
* 22 June - query was escalated to Wayne Baker and Sheila Campbell. Wayne confirmed he would look at my query the following day, but I received no feedback.
* 1 July - Customer Care requested I specify my query again.
