Query of account since 2014
<p>Contract at Nashua Mobile has been cancelled 06/10/2014 and fully paid up. Received email on 18/11/2014 with ref REQ: ********** to confirm the early termination fees was paid on cellno ********** 829. I app**** for a cellphone contract at MTN 2 weeks ago and has been informed that I have been blacklisted with MTN as my previous contract is not paid up. After several phone calls, emails and queries I received an email from Robert Bongani at Legal department to inform me that I need to contact VVM Attorneys for outstanding balance and payment arrangement. I contacted them and they informed me that they do not have any information on my query... They asked me to email all the payment copies and required documents, with no reply from them as yet.</p> <p>I have yet again contacted mtn and visited the nearest shop with no avail. Please help to resolve this matter!</p>
