Query not responded
am very unhappy about the services you guys provided me with - Somebody opened a ********** account with my name of which no reported it - I called to ask for Proof of Closure it is over 24 hours now and havent received this letter .
Please somebody take action very quickly about this as I will now take legal action against you .You guys fail to verify the customer and now it is inconviencing me . I can't apply for anything as this account appering in my profile .
I am very upset about this - please tomorrow before 10 this letter is wanted
