Query dating back to December 2014
I changed my contract from Corporate(previously with Nashua Mobile) to Private with effect from December 2014 as my company benefits had changed. My very first statement was incorrect, it seemed I was being billed for other cellphone numbers that I don't even know about. I have been calling continuously for over 6 months to no avail. I always get told that the billing department is working on the problem but I still get sms' about my incorrect balance.

Now my service has been suspended because I apparently owe an amount of R15 000! To top that I have been calling the 808 number all day and it just gets cut off.

I have never experienced such bad service before and as soon as this problem is resolved I am cancelling this contract.
We do apologize for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We've now perused your account and see that the charges on your account from December 2014 & January 2015 were for ME2U transfers (airtime). The numbers on the invoice were all the numbers the airtime was being sent to.
Due to no payments received by yourself the account has gone into arrears. The invoices from December 2014 & January 2015 is valid and payable by yourself.
Regards
Tim
