bought a Hisense phone at an MTN store Pretoria CBD. A week later it started giving me problems. I asked if I can get another phone they said it was impossible. 3 weeks later, the phone opened on the side and the buttons for volume camera and lock all fell off. I took it back, they said I should rather claim it from my insurance. They scanned my stuff sent it to the insurance. Then the insurance texted me that they wanted R450 excess fee because it hasn't been 2 months since I've been with them. Now less than a month I've had this hisense phone and it is super slow and now broken, yet it is "rock". Please assist on what I can do. Because I will be paying for this phone for the next 23 months but already it is ruined in less than a month
