What a pleasure it was dealing with Quentin Pienaar of the MTN Insurance division! My issue was dealt with in less than 5 minutes - SO helpful, cheery and an absolute delight to talk to. Having this gem working for MTN is fantastic to the company ! Well done Quentin!
