I’m a medical professional. Did my application with my business for a contract deal. I was informed that, the vetting department picked up I’m not appearing as a director on my business profile, mind you, I’m the only director in my company I discussed the matter further with transinion and they corrected the matter. Even though CIPC documents clearly indicate I’m the sole director of the company

Then I submit a new application, and now I’m turned down by something even the employee at MTN can not articulate it well for me to understand what it is that’s causing my application to be declined. MTN is taking me for granted and I don’t appreciate such disrespect and unprofessionalism It comes across as inconsistency in the process, and for the fact that I did an application at Vodacom and was successful without having to run from pillar to post There is no transparency in these applications and this vetting process, which makes the whole experience frustrating The person who was handling my application is on leave, the person who is supposed to take over my application is also on leave. So I’m left with an egg on my face and MTN is not even bothered Pathetic !!!!
