****py service from mtn

I bought a new cellphone and was told that It's compulsory to get a mtn Sim. At 16:24 on the 12th Dec 2021 I sent the sms to port my cell c number to mtn. It is now 20:08 13th Dec and now both my cell c and mtn numbers are not working this is ridiculous. Absolutely pathetic why cut my cell c line without activating the mtn number. Firstly I had to battle to get the Sim Rica now this is this how u mtn treats the customers. I can't even call customer care cos it goes to an automatic response
