I’m so tired of MTN I lost my phone i registered a claim in August apparently they couldn’t track the device they needed to escalate matter well they did that still no luck I even asked them was I paying for a ghost phone , when iv had it called a thousand times people hanging up Instead of assisting i called to cancel my insurance suddenly they could pic up my device then it was blocked Fast forward I was sent an email to motivate my claim like I lost the phone what must I say , and why I registered the claim late like it’s my fault that mtn delayed They asking me about the network like i bought the device there and I’m using their network iv never changed like we talking about people who has my records everything **then it was one question after the other now I’m asked to take the box a picture and send to them I mean really Every single day I get a question iv never ever missed any payment, I bought my phone from mtn **I get emails from a lot of people I even asked them why is 100 people dealing with my claim From August im still struggling with MTN Talk about shocking service bad is even an understatement ## Don’t buy contract phones from mtn , don’t insure your phones with them MTN is trying by all means to delay or what ever they trying to do with the claim
