I have been a customer of MTN for more years than I can remember. They were once a "small" organisation. They have now outgrown their usefulness; because of their ridiculous growth (without expanding their customer service) they are a useless bureaucratic worthless South African organisation, along the lines of the ANC. They cannot answer the simplest questions at Customer Care. Watch if there is even a pathetic response. Watch as they go the same way as Steinhoff. WAKEUP SOUTH AFRICA!!!

Kindly note that the above cell number contract has expired 2017-09-29.
Discounts is valid only for 24 months. The discount was for the 300MB and 200 SMS , the contract is now on a month to month contract. Please visit any MTN store to assist you with the upgrade.

The May invoice reflects the old package before the upgrade was done from MTN 200 to MTN Made For Me. The old package received the discount for the 500MB of R92.11 until May 2018. The new package do not qualify for the discount for R92.10 and the 500MB not part of the new upgrade. The 500MB is not added with the new upgrade.

25 Jul 2018, 15:05Cell number ***: Please wake up. There was no upgrade. There was a request for an upgrade on *** through Bimondo. The upgrade was mistakenly put on *** and was therefore canceled before the new phone was delivered to me.
So to repeat, there was no upgrade so why was the package changed????
