Putrid service and **** about services

I am so appauled with the service i got from all consultants i spoke to. I called in and was put through to so many different departments. I was told that the sales consultant **** and that there was additional fees added. The laptop i purchased was not what was promised and when saying i want to return it i was told i cant ill have to cancel the contract with no explanation. This is disgusting! The only person who gave me relevant information was Desmond fr retentions. I Want to cancel my contract completely now and never do business with this company again
