PUTRID NETWORK SERVICE!!!
Sometime during last week I bought a MTN sim card at Shoprite and RICA'd it the same day at the store. I purchased R65.00 airtime and activated the R59.00 BIS uncapped service for my Blackberry device. Upon setting up some functions on the phone I've experienced some difficulties and called MTN customer care. After numerous attempts to call customer care, the error message on the screen kept popping up \Outgoing calls blocked
