Putrid customer service from MTN AGAIN

Yet again I have received putrid service from MTN!!!! They are an absolute horror to deal with. I upgraded to a R299 contract per month. I have received my bill for the month and I am expected to pay R 1548!!!! After numerous calls and a number of visits to the store in based in newcastle nothing has been resolved. The store blames customer care. Customer care never resolved the problem!!! All I’m told is the contract was loaded incorrectly and they haven’t app**** the discounts. Mtn customer service is disgusting and I would not recommend them as a service provider!
