Pushed to make a payment for new contract only to find out I don't exist on there system after payment was done!!!

App**** for a month to month contract, was approved and put under so much pressure in order to make a payment, I made a payment to still qualify for the black friday deals. Was told ones payment has been made I will receive parcel in 2 to 3 days, only to find out they haven't even done my contract yet, they haven't even done my application, so what the hell did I pay for, this is BS! I want my parcel as promised, I was pushed to make payment ASAP so MTN has my money so where's my Parcel, why don't I exist on your systems, is this a ***** thing going aroundm
