Purely abysmal service and just plain false advertising

Terrible service been waiting for a call back from your sales department for eight months with no response, when ever I do speak with someone they just transfer me to someone else who says the person I just spoke to is the person I should be talking too and then just blatant false advertising on deals that are not available cannot get a new contract from another provider sooner
