Pure unprofessionalism at its best. The staff is a write off

Their insurance is the worst I’ve ever come across. Their staff are rude and unprofessional. They are spiteful and don’t care about their jobs and clients. Zero service delivery. It’s taking me over two months now claim for a damaged phone which eventually got lost as a result!
