Pure incompetence.

Disgusting customer service. I have been trying to change my contact email address since November 2023. They cannot get it right. Emailed them, called them, gone into their stores. First time they just ignored the request, second time they sent half to one email address and half to another. They can't use previous references to sort this out. I am so over this. Now they have stopped sending me statements and invoices. Let me stop paying and they will get.me listed in under a week but can't change an email address in over 6 months Seriously this is what a 30% pass causes
