purchase return policy

<p>I bought a cellphone J5 Prime On Thursday 3 November 16:21.</p> <p>The speaker started giving us problems on Weddnesday afternoon</p> <p>and could not even switch off the phone.</p> <p>Took it back on Thursday morning to be replaced as per MTN"s purchase policy.</p> <p>They refused to replace the phone stating the it"s the 8th day.</p> <p>As far as Im concerned, the 7th day was to end on Thursday same time since a day consist of 24hrs.</p> <p>A new phone that was hardly used for more that 3 days is being taken for repairs.</p>
