MTN is unreachable, ALL THE TIME! The 135 number only gives you automated responses that do not help with complex issues. There is never an option to speak to a consultant! This is the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. Even if you send an email, there is a deafening silence, no response. This is ridiculous for a business that is supposed to all about communication and you can't even communicate with them.
