Public service announcement: MTN is Trash ,Review 3

I signed up for the 20GB day & 20GB night data contract in October 2017 for R299,i am only receiving 15GB day & 10GB night express data So After all the efforts below:

19 calls to 808 call centre. 3 E-mails to channel queries 6 Email to call center agents 4 Emails to customer care. 1 Email to complaints department. 2 Messages to the Facebook team via inbox 2 Hellopeter reviews.

3 months later MTN still has not resolved my issue,not even the sales consultant Shaieker is willing to help, people need to realize that MTN is trash, all those big data deals all over tv and social media are all hype, thousands of people who have signed up for those big data deals or black Friday promos are not receiving the data advertised just like me, so beware of MTN,no matter how good their offer might look, you are better off taking your money somewhere else, avoid poor and *********** service ,because should you have an issue you are on your own, avoid all the drama and stay from MTN.
