On the 13 th of May 2020 I joined mtn and opted to router with monthly allocation 20 ge anytime data and night owl of 40 gb.i called mtn Today to find out about my allocation since i did not get any .Sister Fezeka assisted me but unfortunately she couldn’t help because from their system it’s shows that I have used my data ..and again I couldn’t connect to router from the 12 th during the day ,I need help because I can’t pay something that am not happy with
