PSD billing
Mtn is billing my account for psd charges that I don't use or know about. They are *****ing money from people. I had my upgrade for months now and never had this charges. Is this to pay Nigeria and we just have to accept these charges or is it time for Carte Blance to investigate this. I think it is a disgrace that a service provider can charge these astronomical amount to the consumer and get away with it. I use my phone for the calls and reading Emails like I have done for the past year, why all of a sudden these charges.

Kindly be advised that Packet Switch Data is the internet that you use everyday on your phone , kindly set up a usage limit by dialing *141*5#ok option 1, option1 and option 1 again and put the little amount that you do not want to exceed maybe R200.00 after that kindly contact 808 and confirm that it was set up correctly or they can set it up for you.
