proof of purchase!!!!!!!Rude manager
<p>I've been contacting MTN FESTIVAL MALL for my proof of purchase since Monday.The staff there keep taking down my contact details and telling me that they will send my proof of purchase immediately.Since,I've gotten nothing.Today I called and got the so called manager in a very cheeky mannerthen says that I have to go there to fetch it.This is unacceptable.I am a contract customer who would like better service.My phone needs to get repaired so I need that proof of purchase for warranty purposes.Please can this get sorted out!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
